I really love this recipe. It's not difficult to make at all, but it's super tasty.

I usually eat these Italian meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti, but other types of pasta also go well with this: orecchiette, penne or rigatoni, for example. You can also put them on a sandwich, ameatball marinara subis always tasty. Put the meatballs and a little of the tomato sauce on a bun, grate a little Parmesan cheese over it and grill the sandwich in the oven. Tasty!

How do you make these Italian meatballs?

A few tips:

Be careful that the minced meat is not too moist. Then it is more difficult to roll good balls and they do not often become nicely round. If the mixture is too moist, it is best to add some breadcrumbs. Is it too dry? Then add some milk or a little more egg.

Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 350 gram unseasoned minced meat (beef, half-and-half minced meat or vegetarian)
  • 100 gram Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 20 gram bread-crumbs (possibly some extra)
  • 1 no

  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Tomato sauce:

  • 1 ui
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • olive oil

Instructions
