    Ingredients

    to the bakers

    • 1 pack of Koopmans Whole wheat puff pastry
    • (4 slices required)
    • 1 no
    • 40 g pine nuts
    • 90 g pour pesto
    • 200 g Mascarpone
    • 8 sun-dried tomatoes
    • 120 g beef carpaccio
    • 40 g rocket
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • Baking tray lined with baking paper
    • Baking pan
    • Cookie syringe or piping bag with a serrated nozzle

    To prepare

    1. Remove the puff pastry slices from the packaging, remove the foil and leave5 to 10 minutesdefrost.

    2. Remove the baking tray from the oven and preheat the oven to the indicated temperature. Line the baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.

    Preparing savory tompouce

    1. Cut the puff pastry slices in half and divide them over the baking tray. Poke holes through the dough with a fork.

    2. Beat an egg and brush the top of the puff pastry slices with the egg.

    3. Place the baking tray in the oven forabout 15 to 20 minutesuntil the puff pastry is golden brown.

    4. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown. In the meantime, mix the pesto with the mascarpone and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.

    5. Add the pesto mixture to a piping bag fitted with a piping tip. Pipe a layer of pesto mixture onto the puff pastry.

    6. Divide the carpaccio, sun-dried tomato pieces, arugula and pine nuts over this. Place the top layer on the carpaccio and repeat the pattern of the pesto mixture on top.

    7. Garnish the top layer with loose leaves of arugula and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper.
